INFLUENZA
Influenza, also known as the flu, is a pulmonary illness that can cause moderate to severe symptoms. The influenza is caused by the flu virus, which expands easily from person to person through coughing or close contact with an infected person
COMMON SYMPTOMS
Symptoms of influenza can include fever, cough, sore throat, pain in body, severe headache, and fatigue. Many people may also experience sickness, and diarrhea, while these symptoms are frequent in children than adults.
TREATMENT OF FLU
Treatment for the influenza commonly includes taking a lot of rest, drinking lots of fluids, and taking over-the-non-prescribed medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help relieve symptoms.
PREVENTIVE MEASURES
The best way to avoid the influenza is to get a flu vaccine every year. Some other precautionary measures include to wash your hands regularly, preventing close contact with sick people, and staying home if you are sick.
